Mini-Profile: Daniel's story began in Berlin 17 years ago. It was clear very early on that he was a smart kid, even if he wasn't that active compared to other children his age. Once he was old enough to enter school, he began to trouble teachers by never doing any work. Daniel was naturally punished by his teachers at school and by his parents at home. So he came up with a plan: What if he did his work as late as possible? By doing so, he found his talent of procrastination. As he grew older, he consistently got high grades without doing much work, earning the ire of his classmates who work much harder than him. This display of laziness was apparently enough for Hope's Peak Academy to invite him. Since he figured that Hope's Peak Academy is just a high school with a fancier name, he intends to keep it up there like he did in the previous schools he was in.

General Personality: Daniel is a jolly fellow, and eager to please. Although he doesn't like to start conversations on his own, he doesn't mind if someone else chats him up. On the other hand, he is also somewhat pacifistic, trying to avoid confrontations rather than taking them on. He is also an empathic individual, and a good listener to boot. He is also easily scared, so he doesn't want to be alone for too long. He is also polite, only being rude if someone angered him. He is a quick thinker, but only rarely thinks outside the box. Videogames have made him perceptive, though, and he is able to notice things quicker than others. He is also easily embarrassed, which is one of the reasons he doesn't really like being around people, not that he could help it, of course. Finally, he is somewhat of a lone wolf. If he can avoid getting help for a task, he will try to accomplish it until he either gets it done or deems it impossible, at which point he reluctantly asks for help.
