Appearance: 
Victor has short spiky blond hair with dark brown eyes. At the height of 6'5, with a muscular build, he considers himself decent looking on the eyes. His clothes consists of mainly ripped flannel shirts, torn jeans, and are almost always dirty with something, usually being dirt or food. With the entire appearance giving him a redneck/cowboy look, he usually is judged by more..refined people in the economy. Usually walking around barefoot causes a few footprints to be left around various areas, though he does own a pair of boots. He is Usually dragging around his things behind him, with the exception of a cow plushie which he carries and cradles like a baby. Victor's Pockets are usually filled with various knickknacks, from toys to brass knuckles. For the Peace talk meeting, he simply wore his normal clothes, the ones with less rips and tears with slightly less dirt on them. He doesn't really mind the cowboy/ redneck look of his, considering them nice and comfy. His boots do look like cowboy shoes, without the Spurs on the back however. Talent: ultimate rodeo. Victor is pretty exceptional at all cattle and bull related things. From the bull riding machine, raising cattle, at actual rodeos, and actual bull riding, he excels at them all. It's like he has a connection with the animals. Winning various world competitions over the years made him pretty renowned

Mini-Profile: Victor was born in Dallas Texas, on a farm to be exact. His parents wanted him to help take up farming and manual work instead of education, leading him to get held back, several times in fact. He was in charge of keeping out pests and raising the cattle while his other siblings grew plants. This meant feeding, cleaning, and hunting for animals like wolves and foxes all by himself. He loved the cattle and always hated the moment they sold them for food. One day during a cattle stampede, Victor managed to herd all of them back in by bull riding one of the leading cows back and causing the others to follow. He was appalled that he could do those things, and focused all of his life on his rodeo and cattle skills, causing him to have less of an education . Using his newfound skills at age 12, he began to enter various tournaments, mostly local, from raising to bull riding, and used the prize money to travel all over to various countries and cities to compete. Winning almost all of the tournaments he entered, he moved on to a government mercenary application, but was denied due to his lack of intelligence and age. This disappointed him, and he took a few months off bull riding to try and get a better education. After a few long weeks of learning a bit stuff and actually finishing an entire novel, Victor decided he was ready to pursue a school life. So he searched long and hard for a high school, but then he received a letter inviting him to the Hope's peak Academy. So he packed his things and set off to go to school.

General Personality: Vict0r…isn't exactly pure redneck, but he does have a strong country accent. With those traits Mixed with bad grammar and mediocre hygiene, he is one of the spitting images of a redneck cowboy. Victor is somewhat suspicious of people when he first meets them, but warms up to them pretty quickly. Even with these country traits, which he is blissfully oblivious to, he is pretty cheerful, kind, and tries hard to make friends. When he does make friends he is pretty loyal and trusting. He has a pretty hard time expressing his emotions and can shut down when feeling stressed or hurt. To add to that he isn't the best at controlling his emotions and is considered emotionally immature when compared to others, almost childish. Victor tries not to think about his family when he's at school but he misses them dearly. He believes that the best way to finish up a bad situation is to hit it. a lot, with anything really. Though that may lead to him getting into some bad situations over time.
