The Basics
(Note: This section includes what is canonically viewable to other characters, and represents their data on the Hope's Peak Website. The appearance factor will be contained in a photograph. Anything included here will likely be prior knowledge for other characters.)
Name: (First, Last)
Nicknames: (if any)
Age: (15-19)
Grade: (First Year, Second Year or Third Year)
Appearance: (at least five sentences describing your character’s physical appearance and clothing. You may also include a picture for a faceclaim if you so desire- but make sure to also state the character's name and the series they are from.)
Hometown: (Where your character is from. Can be real or fictional, as long as it is believable)
Talent: (The reason why your character was selected to come to the peace talks. They must be the ultimate in one particular subject, possessing some sort of prodigious talent in any field from entertainment to sports to academics.)
Mini-Profile: (This handy-dandy profile should contain your character’s “story” of sorts. How exactly did they get famous, if they are indeed well-known? How did they discover their talent, and afterwards, what did they do with it? Write at least ten sentences about your character’s history without giving away too much vital information or secrets, if they have any.)
Favorite Color: (Just a little ID tag. This is just your character's theme color and something we can identify them by.)
The Details
(Okay, on to the juicy stuff! These details will likely be utilized by the other RPers to determine how to approach your character tactfully… or perhaps piss them off on purpose, if that is indeed their goal. Be thorough, and have some fun!)
General Personality: (at least ten sentences describing the aspects of your character’s behavior, personality, and generally what makes them who they are.)
Likes: (Describe the sort of things that your character enjoys.)
Dislikes: (Describe your character’s pet peeves.)
Hobbies: (What sort of things are they involved in besides what relates to their talent? Do they have any other activities that they really enjoy?)
Aspirations: (What does your character want to do with their life? Anything from small goals to lifelong hopes and dreams goes right here.)
Personality Stats
(You have thirty points in total to distribute among these traits. Rate your character from 1-10, ten being the highest, in these six categories. The PACSHL system is primarily meant as a way for readers, writers and staff to gauge your character in terms of what their effect will be on trials and other such hijinks.)
[ Perception ] (How good are they at piecing things together? Are they good at thinking on their feet? Intelligent enough to help in solving a crime? If this were a game, it’d be your ATTACK stat.)
[ Altruism ] (How kindhearted is your character? How willing are they to help other people and ask for nothing in return? How is their empathy doing? If this were a game, it’d be your MAGIC stat.)
[ Calmness ] (Can they keep their emotions at bay during a crisis? Can they be trusted to stay truthful and stable, even when the going gets rough? If this were a game, it’d be your DEFENSE stat.)
[ Sociability ] (How generally friendly and extroverted your character is. How easy are they to bond with and to approach? Do they have good social skills? If this were a game, it’d be your M. DEFENSE stat.)
[ Hope ] (Getting through a bad situation is one thing, but what about what comes next? A hopeful character is one who stays optimistic rather than succumbing to chaos and negativity. If this were a game, it’d be your HP stat.)
[ Luck ] (While it may seem arbitrary, luck will also influence one’s role in this tale. Luckier characters will more often get their desired outcome in certain… situations. If this were a game, it’d be the HOW MUCH THE RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR LIKES YOU stat.)
The Secrets
(Ooh, on to the final stretch of the track. These secrets… okay, whatever you do, do NOT post these along with your profile, okay? These are to be messaged to me so that I can keep track of them… for plot-relevant reasons.)
Family: (List all relevant members of your character’s family. Even pets, if they are indeed relevant.)
Friends: (Same as family. List anybody relevant, and add their role in the backstory if you so desire.)
Confidential: (You were kind of bummed when I asked you not to fill out that Profile with all of your dirty little secrets, huh? Well… if you had anything weird, wonderful or wild that you were forced to exclude, insert it right over here.)
Fears: (From not liking snakes to straight-up phobias, list anything that really disconcerts your character and makes them squirm.)
Vice: (What is this person’s absolute worst trait?)
Regrets: (What do they regret the most in their lives? Anything big?)
Anomalies: (Are there any physical traits that they wouldn’t want others to know or see? Also, do they have medical issues of any sort?)
