"I can't say I remember everyone completely...But there sure was a variety last I remembered!" He had a confident tone himself, a calming smile as he looked at Hikaru. At least the other was talking to them, it was a start to helping him feel comfortable, maybe his and Amelias confidence would rub off on him a bit, fingers crossed at least. "But, Illusionist is pretty cool too...!"
He sipped his drink again, then looking Hikaru up and down a bit, a small smile as he looked at Amelia, then back to Hikaru.
"Is it alright...If I asked to see a trick...? Or is that a bit too forward?
I mean, for you to be the ultimate illusionist, you must be something pretty spectacular! I'm pretty interested... It isn't too rude to ask to see a trick, right...? Sorry...If it is"

Hearing that she wasn’t the only one to forget all of those introductions relaxed her a bit. Sometimes she felt her her memory wasn’t the best when it came to anything but planes. Amelia’s smile was sweet. It’s not as wild as usual. Perhaps it was the drink, but she was calmed down- though still optimistic.
She picked up her drink and chugged the rest of it before speaking again.
“Oh! Could we please~?” The idea excited her. Magic was such a strange thing to her, and more than anything would she like to see it again. She didn’t understand it, but that’s what made it so amazing to see. “Dude, that’d be amazing! Even if it’s a simple thing~”

"Hmm...." He thinks to himself real hard, it's been a while since he did a trick in front of people. He thought real hard about this. Nothing that would make me seem like a show-off... I don't want anybody getting hurt again... He then nodded. "Sure..."
He picked up an empty trash can beside him, and flipped it upside-down. He knelt down beside it, moving his arms around over it. He said a few words. "Presto!" He said, in English with the Japanese accent. He then removed the trash-can, and there, was a bunny.

Watching carefully, he was excited to see what the other would do. He smiled happily as he sat up on the counter next to Amelia, anticipation rising as to what the trick would he. The illusionist seemed pretty mysterious, so seeing his trick range would be interesting at the very least. He hummed a bit with excitement.
When the trick was performed, he was quiet, a little confused by the word Presto but this was soon pushed back. This was because of the adorable bunny that was now before them. He gasped in amazement before clapping a few times, looking at the rabbit, then at Hikaru once more. "That...You just made that appear...?! That's amazing! How did you?" His curiousity rose, though he knew he wouldn't get a proper answer. Back to staring at the bunny with a wide smile on his face, man he loved animals, it reminded him of his own rabbit at home.

She was amazed by this. Unlike her Japanese friend, she knew exactly what presto meant. She clapped her hands together with joy. “Amazing~!” she commented, before realizing that this creature was the real deal.  If Hitoshi thought he loved animals, then he didn’t know Amelia. Seeing the bunny, Amelia pounced up, going over to it quickly. She kneeled by the tiny animal, not bothering to get permission before trying to keep the poor thing from running away. Her intense amount of energy probably scared the hare, but she was far too excited to care. Rabbits are naturally skittish animals, so the two didn’t necessarily mix. She smiled brightly at Hikaru before actually touching the animal. ”May I pick it up? Pretty please~?” She was hopeful that he would allow it, keeping her hands in her lap eagerly. Her eyes matching that of a young child’s. She’s filled with excitement. |

"...Be careful with her... Fluffy might bite..." He was a bit embarrassed that someone like him (and his appearance) would name a bunny by that name. But he just shrugged it off anyway, he really wants to make these two his first few friends in a while. "Actually... she doesn't bite." He said with a chuckle.
He didn't mind seeing the two being very excited and impressed for the trick he did, but it warmed his heart that he made people happy with his tricks. "I'm glad...." He said softly, hiding the happy feeling he had in his eyes.

The therapist wasn't that blind to emotions. He saw that happy glint for a moment before looking back at the bunny. He went to Amelia ' s side who I assume was hugging or at least holding the bun at this point. He gently stroked the rabbits side and hummed.
"Your name is very fitting, Fluffy" Smiles, he always found rabbits calming and good pets to have around. They seemed to make things more lax, given the person was scared of them that is.
